How to make it

  • Combine walnuts, egg and onions
  • Stir in enough pureed cooked peas as desired
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, nutmeg and boullion to taste
  • Chill till serving
  • Serve scoops on a bed of lettuce or use as desired

    That's really nice Midgelet. I'm always trying to find new Vegetarian type dishes to incorporate into our menu. I would choose this over liver any day any way! :) Lovely post!
