Strawberry Kiwi Soup

A lovely chilled summer soup. I like the black specs of the kiwi seeds in this soup- alter the liquid and alter the flavor. Pretty and easy

2 pints fresh sweet strawberries sliced shopping list
2 large kiwi fruit, peeled and cut up shopping list
1 spring of fresh mint leaves ( optional ) shopping list
2 cups chilled liquid of choice (orange juice, wine, fruit juice ( ex mango ,peach etc) shopping list
1/2 cup cream, or sour cream or yogurt to taste shopping list
Sweetener if desired( sugar, honey ) to taste shopping list

I usually use some kind of white wine or perhaps a pink or semi sweet wine also- it's really up to you!

I noticed you had wine on your list of liquids in the ingredients. What type of wine would you recommend for this dish?
