How to make it

  • In a casserole, briskly boil the meat for about 6 minutes.
  • Add salt, garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  • When your tomatoes are cooked, crash it using your laddle.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Wait for the meat to be cooked.
  • Add the diced potato, stir.
  • Wait for another 5 minutes then add your diced cabbage.
  • Taste it. (Salt depends on you taste)

    Loved it. I did not follow EXACT measurements but stayed pretty darn
    close to get the true flavor of the dish. We were gifted with
    wild boar meat so I used that. This is probably going
    to be our New Years Eve traditional dish! Even my husband asked for seconds.
