Mango Colada

Easy, delicious, very refreshing mango colada. I use either rum ( white or dark, ) or Absolut mango vodka. Guests love this. I also make the same drink omit mango and either replace with strawberries or blueberries for pink or purple strawberry or blueberry colada!
Ingredients
- 1 can of cream of coconut ( not coconut milk ) shopping list
- 4 cups pineapple juice shopping list
- 2- 4 ripe mangoes - peeled and chopped shopping list
- 4 cups rum, or mango vodka shopping list
- 8 limes juiced shopping list
How to make it
- Makes this in batches in your blender
- Divide everything in half and process smooth
- Place contents in a pitcher and chill well
- Yield depends on size of glasses.
- Serve well chilled
- Stir before serving
- Note: pour over ice cubes in glass if desired
