How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add semolina and stir for 6-8 minutes over a medium heat till it slightly changes color.
  • Add mango puree, milk, sugar and cream . Bring to boil and simmer, stirring constantly over a low heat until it thickens.
  • Add rose water and stir then remove from heat and pour into individual cups. Set aside to cool then refrigerate. Garnish with the chopped nuts and serve chilled.
