Creamy Mango Semolina Pudding

- 2 tablespoons clarified butter shopping list
- 1 cup semolina shopping list
- 5 cups milk shopping list
- 1½ cups sugar shopping list
- 2 ½ cups cream shopping list
- 2 cups pureed fresh mango pulp shopping list
- 2 tablespoons rose water shopping list
- Coarsely chopped pistachios, almonds and cashews to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add semolina and stir for 6-8 minutes over a medium heat till it slightly changes color.
- Add mango puree, milk, sugar and cream . Bring to boil and simmer, stirring constantly over a low heat until it thickens.
- Add rose water and stir then remove from heat and pour into individual cups. Set aside to cool then refrigerate. Garnish with the chopped nuts and serve chilled.
