- 1 BOTTLE red wine shopping list
- TBS. butter ROOM TEMP shopping list
How to make it
- CHOP OR SLICE ALL ONIONS,COOKS CHOICE
- IN A LARGE PAN OR WOK POUR IN RED WINE AND SIMMER ON LOW HEAT,ALSO ADD ALL ONIONS
- BRING TO SIMMER , TASTE ,THE ALCOHOL SHOULD BE EVAPORATED ,THEN WHISK IN BUTTER
- YOU CAN TOP WITH SHREDDED GRUYERE CHEESE,CROUTONS, OR CHEESE BREAD STICKS
- 3, 16 OZ CANS OF DARK BEER, I USE YUENGLING,CAN REPLACE RED WINE, JUST COOK OUT THE ALCOHOL, WITH THE BEER SHREDDED GRUYERE IS REALLY GOOD AS SOON AS ITS IN THE BOWLS,
