How to make it

  • Mix curd, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Add sour cream and mix well.
  • Pour whisked eggs and mix until there are no lumps left.
  • Add flour gradualy and mix.
  • Pour vinegar on baking soda and add to the dough.
  • Mix the dough until it is smooth.
  • Use a rolling pin to roll the dough 5mm [0,2in] thick on floured surface.
  • Take a glass and press circles and make holes in the middle.
  • Take dough rings and put them into well preheated oil and fry from both sides.
  • When they are baked, place on paper towel in order to get rid off extra oil.
  • Dust with caster sugar.
