How to make it

  • Cut peaches in half, leaving skin on. Melt 8 tablespoons of butter with the brown sugar and spread over the peaches.
  • Sprinkle with granulated sugar and place cut-side down on hot grill.
  • Leave on the grate 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear. In the meantime, melt the remaining butter with the honey.
  • Remove peach halves from heat and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Drizzle with honey butter. Serve warm with a scoop vanilla ice cream

    Just got back from a trip to the Niagara Region and brought back a big basket of freshly picked peaches. Sooo pleased to see this recipe as we're not going to be able to eat them all just plain. Lovely post!
