How to make it

  • turn grill on high but keep open
  • put butter and mushrooms in wok stirring with wok spatula until butterr melts
  • add everything but crab and 1/2 and 1/2
  • stir for 4 minutes, or until cream of mushroom dissolved than add 1/2 and 1/2 and crab
  • stir until crab is thoroughly warm
  • serve and top with chopped chives,
  • if you want to get fancy /gourmet,toast points brushed with truffle oil on the side
