Asian Seafood Rolls

- 2 teaspoons sesame oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon orange juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce shopping list
- 3/4 pound fresh tuna cut into 1/2" cubes shopping list
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil shopping list
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms sliced with stems removed shopping list
- 1/2 cup scallions thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts shopping list
- 1/4 cup carrots grated shopping list
- 1/2 cup cabbage shredded shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon minced fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- celery salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 20 sheets phyllo dough thawed shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter melted shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl combine sesame oil, orange juice, ginger and soy sauce.
- Mix well and add tuna.
- Toss to coat then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Drain.
- In large sauté pan over high heat sauté tuna in peanut oil for 3 minutes then remove from pan.
- In same pan add vegetable oil and stir fry remaining ingredients.
- Remove from heat then season and combine with tuna then chill.
- Prepare 8 medium strudel rolls.
- Score top of strudels into 4 portions each.
- Brush with butter and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
