Bacon Stuffed Jalapenos Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat grill on high.
  • Cook bacon until done. Drain on paper towels.
  • Slice jalapenos in half and scoop out seeds.
  • Mix the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and bacon together.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture in the jalapeno halves.
  • Place the jalapenos on the grill. Grill for 5-8 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
