How to make it

  • Cut potatoes in cubes and fry in hot oil. Heat oil in a sauce pan. Add whole all spice, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, crushed red chili, red chili powder and turmeric powder and roast well. Now add and roast tomato paste. Whip the yogurt and add yogurt, capsicum, onion and stir well. Mix fried potatoes, cumin, lemon juice and all spice powder. Simmer on low flame and serve hot.
  • For best result: sprinkle the black pepper & Garam Masala Powder.
  • You can add fresh cream as well.
