This is infact one of my own personal creations. It may have been done before but I discovered it one drunken night on accident. This is a 21+ recipie.

How to make it

line pan with cookies*do not crush*
drizzle peppermint schapps over cookies See Photo
place in freezer for 1-2 hours See Photo
take out and serve cold.
taste like thin mints to me :)

I think I may try this to take to our neighborhood bi-weekly happy hour......should be a big hit with that crowd in Ft Myers Beach, FL!!!!
