Ingredients
  • 1 pkg medium egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1-2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can flaked tuna, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 2-3 mushrooms, minced (optional)
  • 2 handfuls plain ripple chips (i only use Old Dutch)
  • **note** I don't really measure the ingredients, so these are approximate....I tend to add extras here and there (like garlic powder for extra kick) and sometimes put a bit more soup in, as well as more noodles. Experiment to find your own preferences!

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook egg noodles until el dente.
  3. Drain.
  4. Stir in soup, onion, 1/2 cup cheese, tuna, garlic and mushrooms.
  5. Spread into a medium casserole dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and crumbled chips.
  7. Bake until cheese is bubbly and chips are golden.

Okay, anyone who uses Old Dutch potato chips exclusively has this Minnesotan's vote (they're made here!) Seriously, this sounds great!

I haven't had Old Dutch potato chips in years!!! I always crumble potato chips over the top of my tuna casserole. Love your recipe!!! Thanks ;-)

It looks lie a great recipe will have to go on my must try list.
