This is another good BBQ sauce recipe. This one my dad actually invented. He has a bunch of them. This is just one I like. As a rule, I always make my BBQ sauces rather than buy bottled.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
  1. In a sauce pan, add all ingredients and slowly bring to a boil.
  2. Mix well while it heats up.
  3. Done : )
  4. Makes 1-1/2 cups sauce.
