How to make it

  • Place beef roast in crock pot.
  • Cover with pepper (or Monterey steak seasoning)
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can beer
  • garlic (to taste)
  • About an hour before it's done, slice up an onion and throw on top.
