i got this recipe from my home maker friend (ranya) several years ago who is an awesome cook. seriously, this is the best banana bread recipe i've ever baked, let alone ate. it's like lay's potato chips- you can't stop at just one (slice! Ingredients
- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup mashed bananas- ok i forgot how many bananas make up 1 cup. i used 3 medium sized bananas this last time and i'll never go back!! shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt or Greek yogurt) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/2 c flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- seriously, the more bananas the better. i ran out of sour cream so used half sr cream and half plain greek yogurt. it's seriously all about the nanners so if you used just plain yogurt, i hardly doubt anyone could tell.
- bake at 350 degrees for 50- 60 mins. i had to bake it for the full 60 mins cuz of all the nanners i used!
