From kristeta126 11 years agoIngredients
- 4 fish fillet (any white fish) shopping list
For the marinade
- 1 tablespoon chinese rice wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- small slice of ginger, thinly sliced shopping list
For the sauce
- 1 tablespoon chinese rice wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- small slice of ginger, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- coriander leaves shopping list
- sliced green onions shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Position your fillets in a microwave-safe container. Make sure that they are lying flat on your container, no overlapping.
- 2. Pour in the marinade in the container and cook in Med-High setting for 3 minutes or until fillet is cooked.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the sauce except the coriander leaves and green onions.
- 4. Remove the fish fillet from the microwave and remove all the ginger slices and sauce. This is very important and should be done properly because this removes the fishiness of the fillets.
- 5. Put back the fish fillet and pour in the sauce ingredients.
- 6. Heat it back in the microwave for only about 20 seconds.
- 7. Top the fish with the leaves and green onions.
