How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350F, grease a loaf pan.
  • Beat together the oil, soy milk, vanilla and vinegar.
  • Add the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt, beat smooth.
  • Bake 35 minutes, until cake begins to pull away from the sides of the pan and a tester comes out clean.
