Turkish Yogurt Soup

- 1/3 cup of pearl barley shopping list
- 4 cups of chicken stock shopping list
- 2 T. butter shopping list
- 2 onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of fresh minced mint shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 cups of yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine barley and broth in sauce pan. Simmer for 40 minutes until barley swells and is tender. Saute onion in butter until tender; add to broth.
- Stir in coriander, mint, taste for seasoning and add the yogurt.
- Serve hot or cold.
