Vinegar Taffy Dated 1932

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup vinegar shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and boil to the hard ball state.
- Pour into a well buttered pan and cool.
- Pull taffy until it becomes white and porous.
- Cut into 1 inch pieces.
