How to make it

  • Cut top off jalapeños and remove all seeds
  • Mix cream cheese, cajun seasoning, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning
  • Stuff peppers with cheese mixture
  • Wrap in bacon and secure with a toothpick
  • Bake at 300 for 2:30 hrs

    Just made them, originally I thought that the cream cheese mixture was way to salty but after cooking them they turned out great. I cooked them in a cast iron muffin pan so that they stood up right. I will be taking these to my next buffet party. Great post, again, thanks.
