Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt chocolate in a bain marie
  • Pour chocolate into icecube tray (about 2/3 full)
  • Leave in fridge until chocolate solid but soft
  • Mix horchata de chufa and creme de menthe (I used a ratio of about 4 parts chufa to 1 part creme de menthe)
  • Hollow out chocolate (I used a teaspoon handle)
  • Pour chufa and creme de menthe into hollows
  • Freeze
  • Remove from freezer, serve as an after dinner treat.
