- dark chocolate for melting shopping list
- Horchata de chufa shopping list
- creme de menthe shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate in a bain marie
- Pour chocolate into icecube tray (about 2/3 full)
- Leave in fridge until chocolate solid but soft
- Mix horchata de chufa and creme de menthe (I used a ratio of about 4 parts chufa to 1 part creme de menthe)
- Hollow out chocolate (I used a teaspoon handle)
- Pour chufa and creme de menthe into hollows
- Freeze
- Remove from freezer, serve as an after dinner treat.
