How to make it

  • On Stove coat sauce pan with Olive Oil
  • When hot add Garlic and Onion
  • Sautee until onion is translucent
  • Add chicken
  • Let chicken brown slightly
  • Add Green Pepper and Grated Carrot
  • Add Red Wine and stir scraping the bottom of the pan
  • Add all 3 cans of tomato products
  • Season with Celery Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Red Pepper Flakes, & Bay Leaf
  • Turn down heat and simmer 25 mins
  • Stir in Cheese
  • Serve over Pasta

    my wife and i tried this last night and it was really good. i personally would probably add a little more onion next time. but we used it with our homemade pasta that we had made for the first time. and it was superb.
