Chicken Gnocchi Soup

- 1 Cup chicken breast (cooked and diced) shopping list
- 4 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 4 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 1 Qt. Half & Half shopping list
- 1- 14oz. can chicken broth shopping list
- 1 Cup celery (diced fine) shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves (minced) shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cup carrots (Shredded) shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cup onion (diced fine) shopping list
- 1 Cup fresh spinach (chopped course) shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp thyme shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp parsley shopping list
- Grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 16oz. potato gnocchi shopping list
- 1 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Saute' Onions,Celery and Garlic in butter and olive oil until onions are sweated, add flour to make a roux and cook for about a minute.
- Add Half & Half
- Cook Gnocchi according to package directions.
- Add Carrots and Chicken into the roux mixture,when thickened add Chicken Broth.
- When thickened again add Gnocchi,Spinach and seasonings.
- Simmer until heated through.
- ENJOY !
