How to make it

  • Saute' Onions,Celery and Garlic in butter and olive oil until onions are sweated, add flour to make a roux and cook for about a minute.
  • Add Half & Half
  • Cook Gnocchi according to package directions.
  • Add Carrots and Chicken into the roux mixture,when thickened add Chicken Broth.
  • When thickened again add Gnocchi,Spinach and seasonings.
  • Simmer until heated through.
  • ENJOY !
