- 1 cup raw walnuts shopping list
- 1/3 cup shredded or flaked coconut shopping list
- 1 cup dates soaked in water for 2 hours shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- For the filling: shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (fresh squeezed is better) shopping list
- 1/2 cup yogurt shopping list
- 2 big tablespoons instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional – this is case you prefer it more sweet) shopping list

How to make it
- Directions:
- For the crust: Combine all the ingredients for the crust and mix them well. You can use for this a standing mixer. The crust should have a dough-like consistency. Press the dough into a plate and make a heart or you can press the dough into the desired shape for whatever you want to make.
- For the filling: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend them until smooth. Pour the filling into the crust.
- Decorate the cake with walnuts or with the fruit of your choice. It can be anything you like. Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
