Tomato Gravy

- 1 cup of all purpose Gold Medal flour shopping list
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of pepper shopping list
- 3 cups of milk shopping list
- 3 tbsp Crisco oil shopping list
- 1 cup of water shopping list
How to make it
- In a iron skillet heat the oil on medium heat.. I prefer Crisco, You can use Olive Oil, stir the flour in , add water slowly, I prefer ice water. Its easier if its ice cold. Stir gently and as it thickens add the milk, Rotel Tomatoes, pepper and salt. Simmer and stir for 15 minutes until thickened.. Lower heat and simmer slowly .
