How to make it

  • For the cakes

  • Preheat the oven to 425
  • Place the butter and chocolate squares in a microwave safe bowl and heat for about a minute.
  • Whisk until the chocolate has melted
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • Pour equal portions into each non-stick coated ramekin (You'll end up with about 4 oz in each ramekin...not a lot, but it makes for a good cake!)
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Rest for about a minute, and then flip them onto a plate
  • Raspberry Sauce (Optional)

  • Place the ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until the raspberries have broken down
  • Allow to cool before serving
  • Enjoy!
