Peach-Banana Sorbet

- 1 banana, cut in chunks shopping list
- 2 peaches, peeled and cut in chunks shopping list
- ½ cup pure peach juice shopping list
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
- Place the chunks of banana and peach on the cookie sheet and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
- Just before serving, place the fruit in a blender and blend until well mixed.
- Add the peach nectar, honey and lemon juice.
- Blend until thick and creamy. Serve immediately.
