How to make it

  • cook macaroni, drain and set aside
  • Make sauce:
  • Melt fat, stir in flour with a whisk, cook a few minutes
  • Slowly add and stir in milk products along with cheese
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth and creamy
  • Stir in macaroni and season to taste
  • Serve
