Deep Dish Spinach Artichoke Pizza

- 1 lb. fresh organic spinach, cooked and squeezed of all liquid shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp shopping list
- 1 (12 oz) bag frozen artichokes, defrosted and chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan & romano cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup Best Foods mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 cups of cheese (mix of shredded mozzarella, jack and cheddar) shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Oil and butter a large deep dish pizza pan.
- Combine all dip ingredients and set aside. Spread out pizza dough with greased fingers and stretch to fit the pan then spread on the dip. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes then cut up into bite-sized pieces or slices and serve immediately.
