Rhubarb Custard Pie (meringue)

- 4 cup diced rhubarb shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tbsp flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/2 cup light cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted margarine shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- Meringue: shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vinegar shopping list
- 6 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg yolks, cream and melted margarine. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350° for 20-25 minutes. Beat egg whits and vinegar to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar & vanilla, beating to stiff peaks. Spread on pie and bake at 425 for 4-5 minutes,
