How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Slice zucchinis in half, length-wise.
  • Sliver a bit of the green off the bottom to keep them from tipping over.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and garlic/garlic powder.
  • Slice tomatoes and lay them in rows across tops.
  • Top with the cheeses, basil, salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until fork tender.
