Tuna Casserole Recipe
This is a delicious, simple, tuna casserole. The cheese and bread crumbs on the top make it extra special yet super easy!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 TB melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 3 TB butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 can drained tuna
  • Cheese to sprinkle on top

Directions
  1. Cook noodles. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter, set aside.
  2. In sauce pan, cook celery & onion in 3 TB butter.
  3. Stir in soup and milk; cook until it begins to boil.
  4. Combine with tuna and noodles; transfer to 1 ½ quart casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered 20 minutes @ 375.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese when done.

Home cooking at it's best, the cheese on top is tasty, I like to add peas to mine for color, Kids will not like the peas but I do.
