Spicy Stir-fried Pork With Long Beans In Red Curry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. grams of pork thinly sliced
  • 3/4 of a cup of Red Curry Paste (see Red Curry Paste)
  • 1 lb long beans 1 inch long
  • 3 shredded kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.

Directions
  1. Cut the pork up into small pieces, set aside . Cut the long beans up into one inch lengths.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok and then saute the chili paste and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant. Add the pork and keep stirring until it is done.
  3. Season to taste with sugar and fish sauce.
  4. Add the beans and stir well.
  5. Best serve over rice.
