This is a very refreshing gelatin salad bursting with flavor. Great all year long but very pretty on a holiday table. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups very hot water
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 large package raspberry gelatin
  • 16 ounce package frozen raspberries thawed
  • 16 ounce container sour cream

Directions
  1. Mix gelatin with hot water following directions on package.
  2. In a small bowl soften unflavored gelatin with small amount of cold water.
  3. Add 3 spoonfuls of hot gelatin to unflavored gelatin and mix well.
  4. Add unflavored gelatin to raspberry gelatin mixture.
  5. In a blender blend berries and sour cream until smooth and all sour cream is blended well into the strawberries.
  6. Add blended mixture to gelatin mixture and mix well by hand.
  7. Pour into a gelatin mold or glass dish and chill until set.
