How to make it

  • Place thinly sliced apples in buttered 9x13 pan. Tear bread into small (but not too small) pieces and spread over apples.
  • Mix sugar, eggs, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and pour evenly over bread.
  • Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
  • DO NOT store in fridge as it will make the crust soft and soggy.
