Keto's Biscuit & Gravy

- 3/4 cup almond flour shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 5 tbs unsalted butter, melted shopping list
- 1.5 baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup grass feed ground meet shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk or depend how much of a gravy you like shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste or any herbs seasoning desire shopping list
- 1 tbs of corn starch, dissolved in water shopping list
- chives or scallion for garnish if desire(optional) shopping list
How to make it
- preheat the oven for 350.
- in a mixing bowl combine flour, 2 eggs, baking powder, butter.
- spray sheet pan with coconut oil spray
- drop 4 big scoops of flour into baking sprayed sheet( giving some space in between for it's to spread, bake for 15-20 min, or until golden brown
- In a meantime while it's baking, in a small cooking pan, add beef, cooking for 3-4 min. until cook, add coconut milk, salt and pepper, bring to boil, add cornstarch till thicken, low down temperature add 2 eggs slowly and leave it porch for 2 min( do not turn) and it ready to serve...on serving dish, lay down 2 almond flour biscuits top with egg sunny side up..top with gravy, garnish with chive or scallion if desire (optional)
