This is one of my family favorite dip. Its super easy to make and good for you!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 2 tsp chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the sourcream, onion, hot sauce and avocado.
  2. Mix to blend the ingredients evenly.
  3. Serve with sliced vegetables or baked tortilla chips
  4. serving size 1/4 cup
  5. calories 65
