番茄炒蛋 Scrambled Eggs With Tomato

- 4 eggs shopping list
- 250 g cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 scallion shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar shopping list

- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce shopping list
- ¼ salt shopping list
- ¼ sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Slice tomatoes; finely chop scallion; beat eggs and mix with A.
- Heat a wok; stir-fry tomatoes in 1 tbsp oil for 1½ minutes, then add sugar to caramelize the tomatoes.
- Add egg mixture to the wok and scramble until done.
- Sprinkle with scallion and serve.
