Creole & Cajun Seasoning

- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher or table salt (or apply separately) shopping list
- 2 tsp of sweet paprika (not smoked) shopping list
- 2 tsp of garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tsp of onion powder shopping list
- 1 tsp of black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp of white pepper shopping list
- 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp of celery seeds shopping list
- 1 tsp of Dried thyme (crushed) shopping list
- 1 tsp of Dried oregano (crushed) shopping list
- 1 tsp of dried basil (crushed) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and place in an airtight glass jar or plastic container.
- NOTE- You can control the amount of spices according to your personal taste, as long as you keep close to the original list of ingredients in order to keep it's authenticity, but as usual exceptions and "twicks" can be made.
