A neighbor came over with these one day and we just fell in love. I think they were gone in two days. So rich so creamy so delish!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp.baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup veg. oil
  • 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • Frosting:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 13 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Directions
  1. Prehaet oven to 350. Grease 15x10 pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients at low speed until moist.
  3. Beat 2 min. at medium speed.
  4. Pour into pan and bake for 25-30 min.
  5. For the Frosting:
  6. Combine all ingredients, beat until smooth and spread.
  7. Enjoy!
