Pumpkin Bars

A neighbor came over with these one day and we just fell in love. I think they were gone in two days. So rich so creamy so delish!
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp.baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp. cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 cup veg. oil shopping list
- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 13 oz. pkg. cream cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Prehaet oven to 350. Grease 15x10 pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients at low speed until moist.
- Beat 2 min. at medium speed.
- Pour into pan and bake for 25-30 min.
- For the Frosting:
- Combine all ingredients, beat until smooth and spread.
- Enjoy!
