How to make it

  • Start water boiling in sauce pot and heat oil in skillet or wok over high heat.
  • Add diced onions to the oil for about a minute, an then add garlic.
  • Toss the onion and garlic for about thirty seconds.
  • Add the mushroom to the skillet and toss.
  • Put the noodles in the boiling water. They should cook pretty quickly. Encourage them to break apart by stirring as you watch your ingredients in the skillet.
  • Add the pre-cooked steak, spinach and Sriracha sauce to the skillet. Toss till the sauce covers everything with a nice color. Let sit as your noodles finally finish cooking.
  • Drain the water from your noodles.
  • Add the noodles to the skillet and toss one final time till a nice color is on the noodles.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add sliced avocado.
