Hot And Spicy Recovery Noodles

- 3 oz chow mein noodles (1/2 package) shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- ½ Tbs Sriracha hot chili sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup diced onions shopping list
- 3-6 cloves garlic - crushed/minced shopping list
- 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 3-5 oz lean steak shopping list
- 2 cups spinach shopping list
- ½ avocado - sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Start water boiling in sauce pot and heat oil in skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add diced onions to the oil for about a minute, an then add garlic.
- Toss the onion and garlic for about thirty seconds.
- Add the mushroom to the skillet and toss.
- Put the noodles in the boiling water. They should cook pretty quickly. Encourage them to break apart by stirring as you watch your ingredients in the skillet.
- Add the pre-cooked steak, spinach and Sriracha sauce to the skillet. Toss till the sauce covers everything with a nice color. Let sit as your noodles finally finish cooking.
- Drain the water from your noodles.
- Add the noodles to the skillet and toss one final time till a nice color is on the noodles.
- Transfer to a bowl and add sliced avocado.
