How to make it

  • In a deep pot cook the chopped carrots, celery, garlic and onion until soft with oil.
  • Add the chicken covered already with with Sazón, salt and pepper and sweet paprika. Cook on medium until chicken is cook through.
  • Add in other seasonings, basil leaves, Goya Sazonador
  • Add water, stock base and 1 can of diced tomatoes not drained and cook for 20 min more slowly on low heat , it allows the chicken to naturally break apart. Shred chick or leave whole when serving.
  • Serve plain or over noodles or rice.
