When I started doing this that I thought that the seasoning salt would bring out the rest of the seasonings when I fry up any thing with white meat.I had family and friends who liked/loved the food that I cook.They told me that the seasoning salt brings it out with the rest, along with the food.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all - purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt or to your liking shopping list
- 1 teaspoon black pepper or to your liking shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to your liking shopping list
- 1 to 2 teaspoon (s) seasoning salt or to your liking shopping list
- chicken, chicken livers, pork chops and or steaks shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl add the dry ingredients.Mix well.
- When adding the meat.Make sure to wash the meat (what ever you are having that day).Add the meat to the flour mixture and flip on each side.Make sure that the flour sticks to the meat.

I never thought about adding seasoning salt to the flour mixture.It was pretty good when we had fried chicken today.
