Smoky Orange Vinaigrette

- 1/4 cup rice vinegar shopping list
- 2 1/2 tbsp marmalade.html">Florida Sunshine marmalade shopping list
- 1 tbsp water shopping list
- 1 tsp honey shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 2 tbsp Vidalia, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp parsley, Dried shopping list
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, whisk the vinegar, marmalade, water, honey, paprika and shallot. Slowly whisk in the oil. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- NOTES
- Two Tablespoons 108 cal, 9 gm fat, 1 gm sat fat, 7 gm carb, 0 gm fiber.
- Use as a marinade for lean steak or pork or drizzle over grain salads.
