Grandma Smith's Meat Loaf

I've been tryen to get the recipe from my Aunt (My dad's sister) on my Grandma Smith's Meat Loaf and any other meat recipes of my grandma's.No I'm not having no luck getting them not what so ever.So I'm guessing in my memorie on what I do know and remembering of the recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 to 4 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 2 to 4 pounds sausage or veal (optional) shopping list
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups corn flakes or to your liking shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 medium or large onion, diced shopping list
- 1 medium or large green pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- ketchup shopping list
- any thing that you want to add shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In an mixing bowl add nine ingredients and any thing that you want to add.Mix well.Add the meat into an 8 x 8 or an 9 x 13 inch pan.Zig zag the ketchup.Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or till no more pink or juice running from the meat.
