Untossed Salad

- 3/4 cup Catalina salad dressing shopping list
- 1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach, stems removed and torn. shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 5 hard cooked eggs, sliced shopping list
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn shopping list
- 1/2 (10 ounce) box) frozen peas, thawed shopping list
- 1 red onion, cut into thin rings shopping list
- granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Cover bottom of 4 quart glass serving bowl with Catalina dressing.
- Add spinach and pack down. (Make sure spinach is very dry.)
- Sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
- Arrange egg slices over bacon.
- Pack in lettuce. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Layer with peas and onion rings.
- Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Spread mayonnaise over top.
- Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
- Cover and chill overnight.
