How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and while pasta is still in colander, melt butter in pan with olive oil over medium heat; Add garlic and sauté gently until butter/oil mixture is fragrant. Add strained pasta back to pan and toss to coat with melted butter
  • Stir in ham, salami. Peas, roasted peppers and olives. Add cheeses and seasonings and stir to coat.
  • Garnish with additional parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil
