Spinach Pesto

- 1 bag of spinach (3 hands full) shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted pinenuts shopping list
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan shopping list
- olive oil, about 1/2 cup - depending on the consistency you're looking for shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix away.
- Add more or less olive oil until you get a creamy consistency.
- Keeps well in the fridge for 2 weeks.
